Development TeamManaging Partners:Aaron H. Dowd, Sr.Aaron H. Dowd, Sr., has more than 30 years of experience in developing highly profitable mixed-use and residential real estate developments ranging in size from 300 acres to 14,000 acres. He has extensive experience with land acquisition, government approvals, design, construction, marketing and sales. Awarded "Best Developer In Central Florida" both in the 1980's and 1990s, Dowd was developing communities with lifestyle appeal long before the live-work-play trend became mainstream. For example, he developed the national-award-winning MetroWest master planned community in Orlando, Florida, which features 1,805 acres of residential and commercial space built around a Robert Trent Jones golf course and clubhouse. Dowd was responsible for the zoning and development of Hollister Ranch, a 14,000-acre community in Gaviota, Cal., which features eight miles of Pacific Ocean front and 100-acre home sites. Dowd has experience with mixed-use communities, golf-course communities, single-family residential communities, office buildings, condos, apartments and shopping centers throughout the United States. He has served as an owner's representative for both residential and commercial construction projects, including the award-winning Orlando Science Center in Orlando, Fla. He started his career managing investment opportunities for the insurance industry, specializing in real estate. Dowd is a graduate of the University of Tampa and received a bachelor of science degree in business administration. Aaron H. Dowd, Jr.Aaron H. Dowd, Jr., has more than ten years of experience in sales and marketing, project management and start-up operations. As managing partner for Clearpoint Consulting, Inc. he has built executive teams for mid-sized to large development and construction firms in the United States ranging from twenty million to one billion dollars. Dowd started his career at RHI, Inc., a $2 billion publicly traded service company. He was recognized as the ninth-highest performer globally for the Fortune 500 Company. He was promoted to senior manager, a position in which he was consistently ranked in the top five performers globally and was acknowledged for developing and training a sales force that was ranked the top performing team internationally. Dowd received a bachelor of science degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing and a minor in Spanish from Auburn University.
